Booking Path Implementation
The findings in your audit, fixed and re-checked
We make the changes your audit names, on your site and your booking path, and then re-run the same checks that found them so you can see each one move from fail to pass. You get the before and the after, on the same evidence, dated.
This is work on your booking path, not a performance agreement. We do not guarantee more bookings, more revenue, or any specific result. What you are buying is the changes named in the audit, made and verified, with a before-and-after reading of the same checks that found them. Whether those changes produce more bookings depends on demand we do not control and cannot see.
Refunds
Refundable in full until we start, which is the day we agree the scope in writing. After that it is not, because the work is hours. If a change we made does not pass the re-check, we fix it or we refund that change — per change, not per project — and the re-check is the same automated check that produced the finding, so neither of us is judging it by eye.
What we inspect
- the findings in your existing audit, re-checked before we touch anything so the starting point is recorded
- the pages and templates each finding sits on, so a fix lands once rather than page by page
- your booking form and the fields it asks for, in the order a customer meets them
- the tags firing on your landing pages, and what a tap-to-call control does or does not carry
- your route and airport pages against the routes you actually run
What you get
- every finding in your audit either fixed or explicitly declined in writing with the reason
- a re-run of the same checks after the work, with each finding shown before and after
- the changes themselves, on your site, in your CMS or booking system rather than in a document
- a written handover naming what changed, where, and what to watch
- one follow-up re-check 30 days later, included
What this does not include
- we do not replace your booking system, and we will say so rather than sell you a migration
- we do not run your advertising or manage your spend at this price
- we do not write new marketing pages beyond the ones a finding names
- we do not contact your customers
- we do not guarantee, project or estimate your revenue
- we do not take a commission on your bookings

How we know what we say
Every change is tied to a numbered finding in your audit; we make no change nobody asked for.
The after-reading is the same automated check that produced the finding, run again and dated, not our opinion that it is fixed.
Where a finding cannot be fixed without something we do not have, we say so in writing and it comes off the price.
